Candidate charter

You approve an application before it is sent, or you approve and consent to the rule that sends it. Auto-apply is off until you consent, and it can use only a certified connector. Glimmery does not run cold mass blasts, and it does not treat a missing receipt as a successful submission.

Tailoring uses only career facts you have verified. Gaps are flagged rather than invented. You can pause automation, and you decide when a mentor, a calendar, or an inbox is connected.
